A good thing is to mount an awning on an outside wall of the lab.
Stock partytents, picnic tables, parasols.
And a generator if you are really in the woods.
Notice that you will need safe power outdoors for soldering stations etc.
So install RCD circuit breakers.

There was a suggestion that putting tables in a U-form is very effective from an educational point of view. Write down a strategy for working outdoors and checklists what to do when the weather changes.
